Each year, King Salmon prepare for there long journey up the mighty Yukon River by developing the highest oil content of any wild Alaskan salmon.  That oil content results in a uniquely rich and succulent flavor.  Historically the bulk of the salmon harvest was sold abroad to the Japanese where they are considered a gourmet delicacy.  Yukon King Seafoods began distribution of fresh salmon products in the mid 90's and is now proud to offer this prized salmon to you.
